Family Camping, Florida Style {Real Life Family Photographer | Madeira Beach, FL}

Beach camping in Madeira Beach KOA campground in Madeira Beach, FL What better way to vacation than camping close to the beach on the west coast of Florida? It's quiet, lots to do or not do, your choice and above all it's relaxing. I was excited to be able to capture this lovely family on their vacation from Georgia.

Feeding the ducksThe ducks are plentiful at the KOA campground in Madeira Beach The "wildlife" is plentiful here including these ducks and the fiddler crabs.

Hanging aroundBeing able to put up your own hammock is a great way to enjoy the gulf breeze and some family time! Family timeFamily time in the hammock together is lovely! The campground has the perfect places to put up your hammock! Nothing better than relaxing in the shade with the Gulf breezes and two kids laying on you. ;)

Just swingingThe hammock is a perfect spot for a little alone time, which every teenage girl needs!

What a gorgeous girl!

The hammock makes  a perfect get away spot from little brothers too! Boys will be boys! This little one is so cute with his new alligator he had just gotten.

RelaxWhat a great space to relax in! The way vacations are supposed to be.

As the sun started to go down and the hot day cool off, a little fun was to be had.  A little walk around the KOA campgroundA little stroll to play some games in the evening air A family that plays together, stays together.

After hanging out with the rest of the family eating pizza and playing it was time to head back and start a fire for the quintessential camping activity, making s'mores!

Beware of DogThis is one vicious dog. Glow sticks Glow sticks are camping must haves. S'more timeGetting the fire ready! S'mores and sparklers, what more could you ask for?

Fire is all setThe fire is all set and perfect for roasting the marshmallows. YumS'mores are ready! MarsmallowWhat is a little marshmallow between friends? EmbraceWhen you capture that moment with the teenage daughter with mom and dad. I know how rare these moments are, I was a teenage girl once too. There it is, there is that moment that you hope to capture. I was a teenage girl once too, I know these moments are few and far between.

Fun with fireThe boys had some cool tricks up there sleeves for fire fun! Sparkler funWhat a way to cap off an evening, then with a little sparkler fun? As a serial moment seeker, this session had lots of great moments. From the perfect embrace of parents and kids, to the fun and love that pours out of this families heart. I had a blast shooting this session and freezing these memories. These kids will be able to look back at this 40 years from now with fond memories and isn't that what photography is all about, the memories?

I love these! They totally make me want to go camping before school starts up again! You documented this beautifully and captured some amazing memories!!
How fun!! I love that you captured some everyday vacation shots and they aren't posed family photos. I'm sure they will remember it just like you documented! Can't wait for our family vacation and to have you capture it :)
Thank you so much for capturing our special memories. Looking trough these images is seriously making my heart tingle. I am beyond thankful to have them...and you. :)
